Body Knows Breathwork.
Contact with the inner healer.

I. The method

Body Knows Breathwork is a deep bodywork practice that combines conscious massage rooted in Andean shamanic tradition, inspired by the Chucaque of Shaman Gerardo Pizarro, with the expanded meditative states explored by Dr. Stanislav and Christina Grof.

Without the use of substances, it is a technology of consciousness: a set of carefully structured methods for accessing expanded states of awareness in a safe and therapeutic way.

It integrates transpersonal bodywork, breathwork, evocative music, art and dreams, weaving Andean ancestral wisdom with contemporary psychological knowledge, always within an environment of safety, presence and deep listening.

II. The process

It works with the body’s natural elements and vital points to release blocked energy and restore the natural flow of life.

Through conscious massage, guided breathing and music as a vehicle of evocation, it activates the internal intelligence of the body and psyche, opening a space of direct contact with vital energy.

It does not intervene mechanically from the outside: it is the being’s own spontaneous processes that guide the healing, beyond the ego and conditioning, within a ritual that holds and gives shape to the experience.

III. The transformation

Body Knows Breathwork brings about a state of deep wellbeing, rest and openness to fully enjoying life, generating balance between body, emotions and spirit.

It facilitates the release of blocked energies and body memories, the dissolution of traumatic experiences and psychosomatic symptoms, and emotional unblockings accompanied by profound insights.

Over time, it nurtures self-knowledge, trust, spiritual opening and a genuine expansion of identity, bringing each person into contact with their inner healer and with the sacred dimension that dwells within their own being.
